This site details a pattern of eratic behavior by Adrian Haro, CEO of The Workers Lab towards at least one Workers Lab grantee. It offers an explanation for delayed progress of that crucial project, backed up by contemporaneous emails and other evidence.

 

Following pages document how behavior other organizations would consider harassment, bullying, and contrary to their values has become normalized within The Workers Lab. TWL directors are aware of their CEO's behavior. They have commissioned lawyers to confirm there is no legal risk to the organization. (It's a moot point: There is a technicality about legal standing for many grantees.) Those lawyers have threatened a complainant, admitted evidence was not reviewed, and declined to release their report into the behavior, even to the person who reported it.

 

Adrian has stated "Tell anyone you like [about how I act]". With every avenue for curbing the behavior exhausted, this site simply extends its normalization to the outside world.
